Staging Services:
Stellar Stage Design provides a 3-Step Staging process:
1) Consultation Session:
Starting with a 2-hour consultation session, (conveniently in-person or virtually) a “walk-through” of the property assessing different ideas with the client is completed.
Consultation starts at $600 for 2-hour session
$125/hr thereafter
2) Staging Prep:
Clients may choose to either complete the recommendations themselves or can have Stellar Stage Design recommend a list of preferred referral vendors upon request.
*Extra ventures after the consultation like shopping will be $125/hr
**Please allow for an agreed-upon time frame for projects to be completed via contractors, in order to ensure adequate timing prior to showcasing.**
3) Showcasing Property:
The final step in the staging process is when Stellar Stage Design comes in and professionally sets up all furniture and accessories to accentuate and enhance the property’s esthetic value!

Occupied Staging Services
This is when a property is being occupied usually by the home owner and family.
In this type of staging, a consultation usually involves the “walk-through” consisting of “generalizing” a home from it’s personal touches and refining its esthetics to suit the typical general market buyer.

Vacant Staging Services
This is when a property is not being occupied and it usually is because it in under construction or renovations.
In this type of staging, a consultation usually involves the “walk-through” consisting of color choices for walls, flooring, finishings etc., and furniture and accessory selection placement in the home. The client can either choose to shop on their own or for an additional service fee have Stellar Stage Design go shopping for you.

Express Staging Services
This is when a client usually has the majority of items in a property updated and is looking for a quick 2-hour consultation for a professional evaluation.

This involves a consultation service in which a professional opinion is given on any new design project within a home.
The consultation involves details such as color choices, space design in addition to furniture and accessory choices and placement within a selected budget and theme per room area.
Consultations start at $200/hr

This involves a consultation service in which a professional opinion is given on any personal organization need within a home.
